The Hencse golf course is an award winning championship golf course in an idyllic surroundings in Southern Transdanubia. The 18-hole, 90-hectare course is hidden in the beautiful Zselic countryside surrounded with woods and lakes. There is no fence around the course, so early risers may come across wild game when they play. The comfort expected by visitors here is provided by the early 19th century stately home, now a hotel, and the old park around it. Guests can relax in the thermal waters which spring up in the park, and the host is happy to organise a wine tour in the Villányi region, or sightseeing in the historic city of Pécs.
