The Rakoczi wine cellar is a real sanctuary of Tokaj wines, it is one of those rare places where reality and dream mix in the fantasy of the visitors. It is the region's biggest underground cellar built in the beginning of the 15th century and was owned by kings, princes and generals. Today it serves as a place for wine presentations for wine friends and professionals to try the tasty wines. Here you can also see the wine museum excibiting the best wines of Tokaj wine estate and storing 500-1000 bottles per vintage.
